Antonini Navi was born from the evolution of Gruppo Antonini, a global leader in the Oil & Gas industry. Building on decades of experience in large-scale offshore infrastructure, it has extended its construction capabilities into the naval sector.
FIRST COMPANY FOUNDED BY WALTER ANTONINI
Founded in La Spezia in 1943 by Walter Antonini, the business initially focused on repairing metal structures damaged by the bombings of World War II.
GRUPPO ANTONINI S.P.A. DEVELOPMENT IN THE OIL & GAS FIELD
After establishing itself as a partner of ENI, the family entered the industrial sector as a supplier of offshore structures and oil platform installations in 1963.
BAIA DI PERTUSOLA ACQUISITION
Walter Antonini, accompanied by his son Claudio, decides to invest by acquiring a beach area in the Baia di Pertusola (Gulf of La Spezia).
GRUPPO ANTONINI S.P.A. DEVELOPMENT IN THE NAVAL FIELD
The family begins building and repairing large commercial ships for third parties, as well as carrying out transportation and installation of the manufactured structures at offshore sites.
CONSTRUCTION FOR THIRD PARTIES
Since 2000, the family has been engaged in construction for third parties.
ANTONINI NAVI S.R.L. WAS FOUNDED BY THE FAMILY AND ENGINEER ALDO MANNA
In 2020, the Antonini family and Aldo Manna, a nautical engineer and renowned professional in the yachting industry for over 25 years, founded Antonini Navi.
ANTONINI NAVI LAUNCHES SEAMORE 34, THE BRAND'S FIRST FULL-CUSTOM YACHT.
The Seamore 34 concretely represents Antonini Navi's full-custom approach and, with its launch, marks the brand's entry into the sub-500 GT steel superyacht segment, as well as the debut of what will become a semi-custom line.
The Shipyard
Antonini Navi is a shipyard born from the partnership between Gruppo Antonini SpA, a historic industrial company based in La Spezia since 1943, and Eng. Aldo Manna, a superyacht and management expert with over 30 years of experience in the sector. This synergy represents the natural evolution of consolidated know-how in shipbuilding, combining the industrial excellence and innovation of Gruppo Antonini with Manna's deep expertise in the world of yachting.
Antonini Navi offers a wide range of services: from the construction of custom yachts up to 70 meters in length, to refitting services, after-sales services, superyacht mooring, and third-party production.

Aldo MANNA
Co-Founder & Sales Manager
Aldo Manna, founding partner and Sales Manager of Antonini Navi, has been working in the yachting industry for over twenty-five years between Italy and the United States. After founding MCYACHT in 1999—a company that remains a leader in yacht management—and collaborating with the OCEA Shipyard from 2007 to 2019 on the development and sale of fully custom yacht projects, he now oversees the commercial activities of Antonini Navi, combining technical expertise with strategic vision.

General Manager
Walter Antonini, currently serving as General Manager of Antonini Navi, supports the company's development through an innovation-driven approach and continuous improvement of management processes, drawing on his academic background from Bocconi University and Peking University.
